For a fun science project, we decided to build airplanes and see who could make the fastest model. They were allowed to use tape, paper, and straws. Creating the airplanes was very exciting for the students because they were able to be creative and they were allowed to build as many as they wanted. I gave them a time limit to have everything ready for the race. We had about eight races before they were ready to stop racing. They tried different ways of throwing and aiming the airplanes. Today was fun!
