Today we made chocolate chip cookies!! All of the students were looking forward cooking but then when I told them we were making chocolate chip cookies, they were really excited. I was able to review old cooking vocabulary and add a few new words like mixer and sift. They were able to tell me the old vocabulary words such as knife, bowl, and ingredients with out any hints from me. I am very happy with how well they were using English today. I will try to find harder recipes for them to try soon!
