1. Cherry Blossoms and Hanami (桜とお花見)

The most iconic part of April is the Cherry Blossoms (Sakura). In English, we call the tradition of looking at the flowers "Cherry Blossom Viewing."

4月といえば、なんといっても桜ですね。英語では、お花見のことを "Cherry Blossom Viewing" と言います。

Useful English Phrases:

• "The cherry blossoms are in full bloom!" (桜が満開ですね！)
• "Let's go for a walk and look at the flowers." (散歩しながらお花を見よう。)
• "Pink is my favorite color!" (ピンクは私の一番好きな色です！)

April is like a second "New Year" in Japan. It’s the perfect time to set a New Year's Resolution for your studies. What do you want to achieve in English this year?
