Creamfields is a huge dance music festival held in Cheshire each year by club promoters, Cream. Founded in 1998 in Winchester, it has grown from a single day event to a four day long extravaganza.
After one year in Winchester, the event moved to Liverpool and was held there until 2006 when it relocated to its current home - the Daresbury estate in Cheshire.
While the original festival attracted a crowd of around 25,000, it has now grown to the point where last year’s festival drew in some 70,000 people.
Over the years, a number of international editions have also been held in various countries across world.
