In the month of March, I went to visit a friend in Osaka. My friend lives in Kobe, and has been an important role in my life to why I came to Japan. In America 6-7 years ago, I began learning Japanese. In the class I met a friend who was the teacher assistant. At first during my classes, I wasnt all too motivated to learn and was at a place where I wasnt sure what I wanted. One day, my friend came up to me and stuck up a conversation, we talked and I learned a lot about her culture and it got me really intereseted and got me more involved with the school. She was such a great friend and when I finally left America for the first time to see Japan, I was in awe. She met up with me and another friend and took us to all kinds of places and it was great. Fast forward to today, we finally met up after not seeing her for 6-7 years. It was like nothing ever changed, we talked so casually as if we saw one another the week before. She was great and we ended up going to a concert with each other of a pop group that is very popular in both Japan and America. We had fun singing along with the music and dancing. Afterwards we went to dinner where we met up with another one of my friends and had a great talk. It was really nice to see her again.

その後、夕食を食べに行き、もう一人の友達とも合流して、たくさんおしゃべりをしました。久しぶりに彼女に会えて、本当に嬉しかったです。
