In after school we tried several new science experiments! The first one that we tried was an exploding plastic bag. The students learned each step in English and how to say the materials that we used. They learned, baking soda, vinegar, mix, and food coloring. The second experiment that we did was the blowing up a balloon and we used the same materials as the other experiment. The students learned the phrase, back up, because we were a little worried that the balloon would blow up completely. The last experiment we did was the elephant toothpaste. The students learned a new set of words, hydrogen peroxide, tooth paste, and it spills over. This was a fun day for everyone because it was messy and loud.
