As we approach the end of the school year in Japan, many people, especially students, face a period of change. Older kindergarten students will start elementary school. Elementary school 6th graders will start junior high school. Many junior high school graduates enter high school. Also, some high school graduates may start university, or apply for jobs in the workforce, or even move away from home to a new city. Many of our students at INCL will start a new class, a new textbook, or even have a new teacher.

This period of change can be difficult for some people. How do you handle change? It is best to control what you can control, and accept things which you cannot control to change. It is important to remember that some change might even be for the better, as we improve and grow.
