Sometimes when pronouncing words you won't pronounce every consonant. For example the 'd' in 'and' is usually kept silent when using in a sentence. "I like cats and dogs." Might sound like "I like cats an- dogs." I think as native speakers we do this so that we can speak faster and more fluidly. It is a way where we can put more emphasis on the more important words (cat, dog) and less emphasis on others (and). Another example might be with 'it' or 'but'. If we say "What is it?" it might sound like "What is i-?" Try listening to other native speakers and see if you can identify consonants are disappearing in their speech!

単語を発音するときに、すべての子音を発音できない場合があります。たとえば、「and」の「d」は、文で使用する場合、通常は無音のままです。 「猫と犬が好きです。」 「猫と犬が好き」のように聞こえるかもしれません。ネイティブスピーカーとしてこれを行うことで、より速く、よりスムーズに話すことができると思います。これは、より重要な単語（猫、犬）をより重視し、他の単語（および）をあまり重視しない方法です。別の例として、「it」または「but」があります。 「それは何ですか？」 「i-とは何ですか？」他のネイティブスピーカーを聞いてみて、子音がスピーチで消えていることを確認できるかどうかを確認してください。
